Shipping and delivery

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you will find information about our shipping and delivery process.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location. Please note that delays may occur during busy periods or due to customs procedures.

Orders may be shipped directly from our supplier. As a result, customs duties or import charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, weight of the parcel and selected shipping method.

If tracking information confirms that a parcel has been delivered, responsibility lies with the customer. Please ensure your address details are correct when placing your order. Any errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
