Return Policy

At Novelle Vancouver, we aim to keep our customers satisfied at all times. However, if you wish to return an item, the following conditions apply.

You may only request a return after you have received the item. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all tags still attached. Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted. Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via info@novellevancouver.com. After your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier. Returns must be shipped at your own expense, including any customs or shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and if it meets the required conditions, your refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

Novelle Vancouver is not responsible for lost packages when tracking shows the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer. If an incorrect address is entered, this remains the responsibility of the customer. Any errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
